Decoy Skateboards is an independant skateboard company, partnered with BoardPusher, bent on and destined for world domination. We enjoy skating, illustration & design and our continued quest to discover Bigfoot and make him our company spokesperson.

Shipping

BoardPusher uses ground shipping for all decks. BoardPusher Custom Decks take 5-10 days to produce, ground shipping takes 3-5 days. If you would like express shipping, you need to checkout and then call us.

Order Tracking

BoardPusher Return Policy

Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, BoardPusher does not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks.

However, BoardPusher will replace skateboard decks under the following circumstances:
- Skateboard was printed incorrectly. If the skateboard received by the customer does not match the design preview on the website, the skateboard will be considered as printed incorrectly. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.

• Skateboard deck is returned within 30 days of receipt


• Skateboard is as new and un-skated


• Skateboard grip tape has not been applied


• Skateboard trucks, bolts, or stickers have not been applied

In lieu of replacement BoardPusher, at its sole option, may refund the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the proper address to ship your return. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of your returned skateboard deck.

Privacy Policy

Other then the information which you supply willingly via the DecoySkateboards.com website (like username, email, etc...), the only information that is collected by Decoy Skateboards is basic information about the internet communication between your PC and the DecoySkateboards.com website. This information includes but is not limited to your IP address, operating system, type of browser, and list of pages you visit. This information is collected in order to improve the overall flow and functionality of the DecoySkateboards.com website.
